Freshpaws is an appointment only salon. We therefore require at least 24 hours' notice should you be unable to attend. Missed appointments will be charged the full price of the grooming session.
Clients who repeatedly miss appointments will be required to pay in advance for their appointment.
Please do not use Freshpaws premises as a toilet area for your dog. All dogs should be toileted BEFORE their appointment.
If your dog does have an accident please ask for a bag and clean it up.
Any customer allowing their dog to foul on our premises and not clean it up will not be offered a further appointment.
Remember we have cameras!
Muzzles and Aggressive Behaviour
Muzzles are only used as a last resort. Should your dog place staff or itself in danger the groom will be stopped and the full cost will still apply.
Freshpaws does not groom aggressive dogs!
Late collection fee
Due to the lack of space and disturbance to other dogs being groomed, anyone who fails to collect their dog after 45 minutes of being notified will be charged an additional £10.
If your dog is found to have fleas you will be charged an additional £10. This covers the cost of Flea shampoo and products to spray the salon to prevent further infestation.
